These Shipping Terms describe how Stonewayys (hereinafter referred to as “we”) handle order delivery, fees, timing, and related responsibilities for all purchases made through our website.
1. Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services within Australia only.Shipping to locations outside Australia is not supported.
2. Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:

Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free shipping;

While orders below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.
Any applicable taxes will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout. The final amount is confirmed on the order summary page.
3. Order Processing Schedule
Order processing is based on the following business hours:Australia/Sydney (AEST/AEDT) 9:00 – 18:00

Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day;

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day;

Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.
4. Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders will enter the preparation stage.The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding transit time.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days.Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics arrangements.

Depending on the order and delivery requirements, we will use one of the following commonly used Australian carriers: Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, Aramex Australia
The selected carrier will be specified in the shipping confirmation.
