Delivery services are currently available within Australia only. Shipping to other countries or regions is not supported.

    • Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free shipping.

    • While orders below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.

  • Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time

We use commonly available Australian logistics services, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, or Aramex Australia, depending on the order.After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–15 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time

Order processing hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).Orders placed after 18:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

If an order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may submit a cancellation request within 48 hours after placing the order.Orders that have already been shipped or arranged for dispatch cannot be canceled directly.

If an order has already entered the shipping stage, further handling requests may be submitted after the item has been delivered, in accordance with our after-sales procedures.
